The service was great. The only hiccup was that there was a part that was ordered. My service person Alby, got promoted and no one called me to let me know it was in. I called back 10 days later and got an appointment to have it installed. Luis helped me out. The shuttle driver was awesome too

It took 3 trips and 2 service people to accomplish my needs but Luis turned out to be terrific. When I left the dealership yesterday I knew my car was operating correctly. He is a good tech and inspires confidence.

Absolutely dissatisfied and frustrated with my experience. I was knowingly charged for services NOT performed during my 16k miles maintenance package appointment. Not only did I wait almost 3 hours after my scheduled 9:30am appointment before I noticed my vehicle was not even brought into the service bay, but when I brought it to the employees attention they explained they were "behind, actually we're VERY behind" but will move my paperwork to the front. My car was brought into the service bay for MAYBE 25 minutes, where several services should have been performed including an oil/filter change, air ...

The wait time for service wasn't long. I had a problem with a lamp, and they solved it without any problem.

I was told it would be 2 and 1/2 hours for the work I needed done. I had an appointment for 8am. Finally someone came out at 1:15pm. That’s over 5 hours! Nobody came out to communicate anytime while I waited over 5 hours. Communication is a basic customer service necessity.

This is the only dealership I will ever go to and send all my friends, family, and colleagues. The guest service is top notch! Ricardo, Gemoi, Sekula, David, the rest of the Financial team are honest, fair, and always accommodating. They call me family and I feel it everytime I go in to buy a vehicle or get service.

Awful. The sales person stole my $1000 down-payment from me after I told him the next day I did not want the car anymore. Beware of this person, who this establishment obviously allows him to do this. I called the sales person back several times until he stopped taking my calls. If I could put zero stars I would because this is not fair and not right.Just warning people about the unethical treatment I received. Dont buy!

I had gone to get recalls done, and I swear I got the car back in worse condition than I brought it. Now my car makes noises, they left a tool on my headlight, and left random light bulbs in my car. They uncovered some parts in my trunk and left all the areas open (I literally have a battery back there and they did not put the cover back on). While the service employee kept me updated on my vehicle, it took 3 hours to complete my service request when I was told 1-1.5 hours. I had been waiting 6 months for this part to come in and I was disappointed in the fact that I had to call to check to see if the part had arrived and then had to wait so long at my service appointment.

Great place and good attention I thought it was great that they sent me a video of the inspection they were doing on my car.

The staff are very considerate of your needs, they try to get you in whatever car you need and in your price range

Today was a terrible experience my appointment was at 3 car was done by 4 but your staff decided to have a all staff meeting at 4 so I had to sit and wait around to 5 pm when I was asked what was going on they told me there was an all staff meeting but was super rude and no apologies for sitting around that’s not how you treat customers very disappointed for the way your staff handle this and decided this was okay

Noah makes every visit to the dealership comfortable. He’s always keeping me updated on my service time and make sure I’m taken care of in a timely manner. Noah is the #1 guy.

Appointments are set up and when you arrived you have to wait around 2 hours for them to get the service done. If an appointment is set up, is fair that you been seen at that time and not two hours later

Your sales people are liars. They are fast talking hustlers. I tried to return my car after having it a wk no papers where signed I was told I couldn’t return it. There service plan is a lie Just buy your car else where You won’t be pissed for the next 6 yrs of high car payments

I’m extremely unhappy in the dealership’s presentation itself. While I know they have a fee facility coming they really let this one go into the ground with so much deferred maintenance. My service advisor was great in his communication and meeting the promised timeframe but the cashier staff and other folks felt as if they couldn’t be bothered. The worst service, expensive, and they never found the problem I had. Luis Rivera helped me. They said I had an engine problem, but it turned out it was the computer. I had to pay for it elsewhere. Garbage.
