Side note: I appreciated NOT being accosted by someone in the driveway saying I should consider getting a new windshield because mine is 'wearing thin' like happened on my previous service visit...it's a 2025 vehicle! If it needs a new windshield for any other reason than having a crack then there's a problem with KIA's windshield manufacturing processes!

They were able to get me in with in 35 mins of me calling asking for an appointment. Once there they told me it would be about 1.5 hours and to my surprise 45 minutes later I was back in my KIA and out the door.

It started well but I waited an hour and 10 minutes after I received the message that my car was ready before receiving it which made me lose an hour of time I needed to prepare for a performance. Slow, they left my car running for 30 minutes Both of my service visits have been subpar. First visit they forgot to rotate my tires and I had to go back a 2nd time. Took them 3.5 hours to change oil and rotate my tires between two visits. Last visit was ok but my app notified me that my vehicle was running for 30 minutes. I asked Patrick what was happening and why the vehicle was running. He said they had to leave it running because the porters can't have the keys or something. Erica from this dealership has exemplified the true essence of a sales associate and customer service agent should be. She has proven her vast knowledge of the Kia cars by demonstrating what each feature can do. Her enthusiasm and love for the car was evident in what she did. And through her knowledge, she has answered all of my questions in a prompt manner. I can only hope that the owner will see her worth, and hopefully promote her.

The experience was fine with the dealership they even addressed a recall I was unaware of, my issue was the third party guy sitting on service bay chair trying to sell windshields for 'damage' and selling the just charge your insurance crap not sure why non Kia employees are there selling anything seems slimy

Jennifer immediately greeted me at my car and introduced herself. Explained what was going on And what I knew was wrong with it. She followed up with me the next day about it and I was not 100% with the phone call and she immediately made sure to assure she’d she what she could do. Called me back and gave me a much better outcome and I pitched my car up!
Brought my Kia Forte to the dealership to address an A/C issue that ended up being covered under warranty, also had them change my oil and air filter. I spent 2 hours with my child waiting for an oil change on Tuesday June 2 and now I have to go to the store (Sunday June 7) to buy oil and do the oil change myself because the engine oil light came on to tell me it's low. When I checked to see how much oil was in the tank, the tip of the rod was the only thing that touched oil. This is completely unacceptable.

experience was good. Fly was very attentive.! The only thing I don't like is, I got there before my 815 appointment but I still had to wait over an hour just for an oil change. Do they schedule multiple people at each appointment time? I wish I knew my real appointment time so I didn't have to get there on time. but Fley was terrific!!

This has been the single worst dealership experience I have ever had. I brought my vehicle into the service department for a simple interior handle replacement, and they managed to ruin the interior door paint instead. This is now my third time returning to this dealership for the exact same issue. Every time they attempt to fix the scratch they caused, they make it significantly worse. I had called several times trying to make an appointment and kept getting transferred to voicemail, disconnected, or not reaching the right person. When I finally got Alex on the phone, he tried to transfer me, but when it didn't work, he didn't just send me back through the system. I didn't work with Barry Brown. I worked with Amar Phillips. Amar was great, patient, and not pushy. He had answers to most of my questions and found answers for the rest. If Barry is the other dude who tried to stop us from walking out on Tuesday, didn't care for him; way too pushy. Recall for gas tank, part ordered and installed. A little disappointed because I was there the week before and inspection report was good and this week the report read that I needed a bunch of work.
If you know im coming in for a recall you sent me a post card about why wouldn't you have the part to fix the recall. Now I have to come back.

I’ve been to many car dealers in the last 6 decades, and Greenway is certainly in the top 3. They found the exact car I wanted, sent someone to pick it up and I was comfortable waiting. Hats off to Gemoi, especially, who is an experience sales consultant and product expert. He made the deal along with the manager working. And Ousammathe finance guy was excellent and efficient.
Under construction next door makes it difficult to access the service area but everyone is prompt, attentive, professional, and friendly.

Poor communication with the shuttle service. No, "I'll be right with you" or any other acknowledgement when I went to the cashier window.
The interaction started off ok but the miscommunication regarding the shuttle is frustrating and almost negates the usefulness of it. And this isn't the first incident.
