Noah is fantastic! The oil change was fast and convenient and they provided a shuttle service as well if you don’t want to wait at the dealership, however, he had the service done even faster than the initial expectation set. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for fast and friendly service - I will likely purchase my next Kia from them too!!

She helped diagnosed my vehicle, got me setup for a rental while the part was waiting to come in and kept me updated with the parts status while I was traveling for work. I’ve heard horror stories about communication issues with dealerships; but this was the exact contrary. Salesman Mike was very helpful. Finance was great. Disappoined that there was only 1 sets of keys. This should have been disclosed before deal was done because I would have asked for 2nd key in deal. Vehicles should always come with 2 sets of keys.

I have a check system light on my dashboard that I told Noah about after they worked on my car I reminded him he said they would check it out when I started my car. The check system light was back on the dashboard. First thing is , I love my car except I can not get the phone charger to work, they have looked at it twice, They put their phone in and it works . I have an I- phone 15 and the charger doesn’t work. Plus I never got my second fob from Hailey , she sold me the car. Other than that I love the service.

Realmente mi esperiencia en cada visita es diferente, tenia una cita pautada el 14 de agosto para las 2:pm y tuve que esperar cerca de una hora para ser antedida, pienso que hubo mala comunicacion con la persona que me atenderia, sin embargo debo reconocer las buenas antenciones del manager de servicio el SR Joe vega! el cual fue super amable y diligente al momento de percatarse que no habia atendida y eso hizo la gran diferencia del buen servicio. Took my car in for a headlight repair. Frank was great. Straightforward and kept me informed of what was going on. There were two recalls and he was able to have it all done at once. Thank you to frank and the tech that got it done. This was my first time coming in for service. I worked at a nearby dealership for 8 years so it’s nice to go somewhere comfortable. I’ll definitely be back to get some other things fixed.

First and second experiences here were great! One with appt and one without, both times tech came out upon arrival. I only waited a few minutes for the shuttle to take me to work (within 10 miles). They were quick to confirm the issue and to install the part (multi function switch). Only minor setback was that they did not have the part, but the service from Sierra and Noah made up for having to return another day.
