It was a pretty painless experience. The only complaint I would have is the delay in the paperwork. I waited for the finance guy for about 45 minutes, watching him have a conversation with a fellow employee. I couldn't believe how blatant they were being. I finally had to say I was going to leave before someone went in to break up the conversation. Other than that, my salesman was awesome and I'm happy with the outcome and am in love with my new car.

I cannot answer the questions regarding repairs as I just got the vehicle back and haven’t driven it long enough to determine if the maintenance that was done resolved the issue I brought the car in for. Also, despite being given a phone # to text to check in status, my text was not responded too and I had to call for the status.
